Payment Terms

When making a booking please allow …

  • A ‘weather window’ of 3 – 5 days that is pencilled into our booking schedule for each charter booking. Then as the time nears, the various meteorological sites are consulted and mixed in with local knowledge to produce ‘the day’. It’s a formula that’s worked phenomenally well for us to this point. No trips have been cancelled. We will confirm with you via email or phone your actual charter date 2 – 3 days ahead of the chosen ‘weather window’ you have booked in our availability calendar.

Deposit information & details ….

When you book we ask for a 20% Deposit of the charter to confirm. Once the deposit is paid we will confirm the trip. We then secure the dates. Until the deposit is paid dates are still available. We will send a confirmation email to you once we have received your deposit payment. The remaining balance is to be paid in full prior to the departure of your charter. There are no refunds once the deposit is recieved.

(Prices are subject to change, New prices as of 01/01/2017 )

Mechanical difficulties…

If for any unforseen circumstances, due to mechanical difficulties, the boat is unable to leave, there will be no refund as the trip will be re-scheduled.
